Lava Blaze 2 5G may launch by Lava Blaze Curve 2 5G with a 120Hz Curved Display

The Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava is all set to launch a new smartphone in the Indian market named Lava Blaze Curve 5G. While the name hasn’t been confirmed yet, the buzz floating on the internet suggests it could be the Lava Blaze Curve 5G. This news is out via a recent teaser and some insiders have been informed, that Lava launched the Blaze 2 5G in India in November 2023, which came with a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC and a 50-megapixel dual rear camera model. But this time the company will launch the same model with a curved display.

Lava shared a teaser for the upcoming smartphone on X.com which clearly shows a curved display. The teaser image by the company officials clearly shows that this phone is going to launch soon and also supports 5G connectivity options. While it doesn’t reveal the overall design or any specific features of the phone, only the company has dropped the term ‘Curve’.

Whereas a tipster named Mukul Sharma with the username @stufflistings suggested that the teased image would be the Lava Blaze Curve 5G and also shared images of this smartphone. The phone is seen in a shiny sea-green finish with a triple rear camera module and an LED flash. The back panel carries the “Lava” branding alongside the “5G” label.

The tipster also says that the company will launch this phone in the first week of March. It may feature a 120Hz curved AMOLED display for smooth scrolling and the best gaming experience. It carries a 64-megapixel primary Sony camera sensor. Recently Lava President Sunil Raina also teased a image of this upcoming smartphone.

Lava has recently launched Lava Blaze 2 5G, which carries a price tag of Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB + 64GB option. It is available in Glass Black, Glass Blue, and Glass Lavender colour options.

The Lava Blaze 2 5G carries a 6.56-inch HD+ screen. Talking about the camera module the company has placed a 50-megapixel dual rear camera unit, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The phone carries a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC chipset, whereas the company has provided a 5,000mAh battery pack with 18W charging support.
