Budget smartphone buyers can mark January 4 on their calendar because Xiaomi has teased the poster of the Redmi Note 13 5G series launching in India. This is the most affordable smartphone series which every single Indian loves to buy in huge numbers. The company has posted a landing page on X.com which was previously known as Twitter.
The company may introduce three models Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and the high-end Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Xiaomi has already launched these models in China back in September month. Xiaomi will provide a 6.67-inch 1.5K full-HD+ AMOLED screen.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ carries a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra SoC chipset, while the Redmi Note 13 Pro carries the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. The Redmi Note 13 carries MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC chipset. All the models get a decent processor that performs well at this affordable pricing.

While we're still waiting for the official pricing, these models have already launched in China where Redmi Note 13 starts at CNY 1,199 which comes to Rs 14242.42 in India, the Pro model at CNY 1,499 approximately Rs 17805.99 in India, and the Pro+ starts at CNY 1,999 in China which comes approx Rs 23745.28 in India. Expect the Indian variants to carry a similar price tag or slightly higher.
Talking about the specs Redmi Note 13 series brings Android 13-based with MIUI 14 skin on top. These smartphone models feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate display which is excellent in gaming and scrolling social media. Redmi Note 13 carries a 100-megapixel primary sensor, and the Pro model carries a 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor with an OIS camera. Oh, and don't forget the 16-megapixel selfie camera at the front.
